My name is Jeff Anderson, better known in the fitness industry as the "Muscle Nerd", champion for the "average Joe".

 

I, like many of you, have spent most of my life looking for that "magic bullet" that would allow me to finally achieve the lean, shredded muscle that had escaped me for so long.

 

Unfortunately, at 6' 2" tall and 138 lbs (soaking wet), I was told that I simply didn't have the "genetics" needed to achieve the size I was looking for!


 

But Being "Genetically Average" Wasn't Going To Stop ME!


I followed all of the basics I'd learned from every muscle mag I could find. I ate mountains of protein, popped every bodybuilding supplement I could spend my hard earned money on, and listened to every locker room "expert" who offered advice...but NOTHING WORKED!

To keep this from happening, your body has learned to hold on to just enough muscle to allow you to go out, "kill your food", and bring it back to the cave...but not too much muscle that would force the body to use "unnecessary" energy and threaten it with "starvation".

 

But wait...it gets even WORSE!

 

To combat this "threat", the body has set up (over thousands of years) a devastating series of "genetic defensive barriers" strategically placed to do just one thing...bring your muscle gains to a  screeching halt whenever it feels you've reached your "limit"!

 

You've probably heard this referred to as your "genetic limits" and it's what makes some guys "hardgainers" and others "genetic mutants" that can gain muscle no matter what they do.
