Major League Insider Training for Baseball - Attention all young baseball players, coaches, strength coaches and parents:
As both a major league physical therapist and strength coach, I get asked questions every day about what type of program a young aspiring athlete should be following to build the strength, speed, and arm strength necessary to not only excel at their current level....but perhaps beyond....all the way to the big leagues.
